Dawn Mason
Patient Services Coordinator
Dawn Mason is a Patient Services Coordinator. Dawn is from a military family and has lived in many different places, including Alaska. She moved to Huntsville, AL in 1998, where her father later retired from the Army. Dawn attended Calhoun Community College and started working at the Audibel Hearing Center in 2023. She was drawn to the hearing industry because she saw the impact she could have on someone’s quality of life.
What Dawn loves most about saving hearing lives is helping patients reconnect to the world and the people that mean the most. She focuses on making sure that each patient feels welcome, supported, and leaves the clinic hearing as well as they should be with a smile on their face.
